The Malvern Practice: Directions
My practice is located in the centre of Great Malvern at the Centre for Well Being, in the Garden Suite, 24, Worcester Road, the main A447 road to Worcester and Ledbury. The entrance is next door to the Abbey Building Society. (See map).
On entering the building, follow the signs to the rear of the entrance hall, where a door on the right leads downstairs to the Garden Suite
Parking
Worcester Road offers two options:
On street parking for a limited period of one hour is available nearby on Worcester Road.
There is a “Pay and Display” car park behind the Unicorn Hotel.
Alternatively, the Waitrose Car Park is off nearby Graham Road, a few minutes walk away. Parking is limited to two hours and, if the barrier is manned, is free if you buy at least £5 worth of goods! Ask at the checkout for your parking ticket to be initialled.
Train
Great Malvern Station is just ten minutes walk away. (See map) At least, that’s ten minutes back down the hill! It may be fifteen minutes up.
Bus
The main Worcester-Ledbury bus route passes along the A447 Worcester Road. The nearest stop is within 200 yards of the Centre.
Relaxation
There are ample opportunities. Good cafes, parks, the Abbey and the Malvern Theatres are all within 5 minutes walk. If exercise is desirable, access to the Malvern Hills is just across the road.
The Centre for Well Being is itself a fine place to relax, offering a peaceful atmosphere within the quiet comfort of one of Malvern's oldest buildings.
